Protecting your personal data matters to me. I process your data solely in accordance with the applicable law (GDPR, Austrian DSG, TKG 2021).

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, technical data sent by your browser is processed automatically:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• page or file requested
• browser type and version, operating system
• referrer URL (the previously visited page)

This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is my legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Vercel stores log data only for a short period and then deletes it.

A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so transfers to the USA are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition.

If you contact me by email or via the contact form, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, event, message) is processed to handle your enquiry. The contact form does not store any data on this website – it simply opens your own email program with a pre-filled message.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

I use Gmail by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, for email. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

I keep enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them or as required by statutory retention obligations.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no advertising.

If you change the website language, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key “ems-lang”) so the site appears in your language on your next visit. This information never leaves your device and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings. Storing it is strictly necessary for the service you explicitly requested (§ 165(3) TKG 2021).

The fonts used on this website (Inter and Manrope) are served locally from my own server. No connection is made to servers of Google or any other third party.

This website contains links to external websites, e.g. LinkedIn. Data is only transferred to the respective provider once you click such a link. The respective provider is responsible for data processing on those websites.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please contact me at the email address above.
